The „Forum Plastikfrei – Wege in ein ressourcenschonendes und nachhaltiges Leben“ informs about the possibilities to avoid plastic in everyday life and in business and to live in a resource-saving way. People are informed about the problems of plastics and about resource-saving alternatives.

In addition, the Forum Plastikfrei offers all institutions and individuals who are committed to sustainable & resource-conserving consumer behavior a platform for exchange and cooperation.

Goal of the Forum Plastikfrei
The goal of the NGO is to promote a conscious use of our resources: Unnecessary plastic and superfluous packaging should be replaced with environmentally friendly materials in public, economic and private life. Augsburg and the communities in Region A3 should join the Zero Waste movement and promote circular economy in the region.

Therefore, Forum Plastikfrei is also a stakeholder in the EU project „Plasteco“, which aims to promote exactly this project in the coming years.
